Volunteer –
Giving the Gift of Time

Volunteers are a special part of the Kirkhaven Family. Working side-by-side with our staff, volunteers enhance our programs, bring companionship and friendship to our residents, and allow Kirkhaven to provide the very best experience for all who live here. Volunteering at Kirkhaven is a rewarding personal experience, as well as an opportunity to gain new skills, meet new people, explore career options, and learn more about yourself.

Most volunteer opportunities allow for flexible scheduling, giving you the freedom to volunteer as many hours per week or per month as you’d like. We also have opportunities for one-time projects, such as painting a room or landscaping our courtyard. We have volunteer opportunities interacting with residents, as well as positions in our administrative, finance, or facilities departments.

We offer opportunities for groups to volunteer together. We are also open to your ideas so you can design your own volunteer experience. Anyone 16 years or older is welcome to volunteer at Kirkhaven.
